The hotel is in a central location within walking distance of many attractions like Darling Harbour, Sydney Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium, Sydney Tower Eye, the Rocks, Circular Quay, the Opera House & Harbour Bridge. The rooms are spacious but musty smelling and in urgent need of maintenance. The service was friendly and accommodating, though there is room for improvement in customer service training. The dining options could be better, with limited choices and separate charges for breakfast. The location is superb for shopping and sightseeing, but noise from the street could be bothersome.

The hotel had a very bad smell in the rooms and needed some maintenance, but it was in a good location near Darling Harbour. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining options were available but not exceptional.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to 7/11 and food options, making it easy to grab a meal. The rooms, though small, were perfect for solo travelers like myself. The decent-sized shower and bathroom added to the comfort. However, the hotel had a bed around which seemed a bit cramped, especially for those attending an event in the area.
